- From the home screen, open Settings.
- Choose Device Preferences, then About.
- Open Factory reset and read the message on the TV.
- Select Factory reset again. Erase everything starts the reset. Choose Cancel to keep your settings. Enter your own PIN if prompted.
- Finish setup, select your usual audio source and test the same programme again.
