Connect JBL Bar 1000 MK2 to the TV or check sound from your usual source. To prepare for a reset, follow this step. Turn on the soundbar. Find Source and both volume buttons on the unit.

Check the model code and note your settings before clearing them.
- Turn on the soundbar. Find Source and both volume buttons on the unit.
- Hold all three buttons together for over 5 seconds. The soundbar switches off.
- Finish setup, select your usual audio source and test the same programme again.
