JBL Bar 500 MK2
Connect JBL Bar 500 MK2 to the TV or check sound from your usual source. To prepare for a reset, follow this step. Turn on the soundbar. Find Source and both volume buttons on the unit.

Factory reset · Bar 500 MK2
Check the model code and note your settings before clearing them.
- Turn on the soundbar. Find Source and both volume buttons on the unit.
- Hold Source, Volume Down and Volume Up together for more than 5 seconds.
- Wait for RESET on the display and let the soundbar restart.
- Finish setup, select your usual audio source and test the same programme again.
