Check the model code and note your settings before clearing them.
- Open Settings on the remote. Under System, choose About.
- Open Reset, select Factory reset and press OK.
- Select Factory reset again. Choose Erase everything and press OK if you wish to proceed.
- Enter your own code when prompted. Confirm with OK and wait for the welcome screen.
- Finish setup, select your usual audio source and test the same programme again.
