Use and safety
These guides help with connections and common settings. They do not replace manufacturer safety instructions or a technician’s inspection of damaged equipment.
Start safely
- Do not open device housings or work on electrical installations, mains-voltage parts or internal components.
- Stop if there is smoke, a burning smell, unusual heat, liquid or a damaged power cable. Do not use the equipment. Disconnect power only if safe and contact the manufacturer or a qualified repairer.
- Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for switching off and unplugging before connecting or moving cables. Never force a connector and keep the volume low when testing sound.
Check the exact model
Model numbers, regional variants and software can mean different buttons, sockets and menus. Check the device label and the linked official instructions. Our 3D illustrations and step cards explain the principle; always compare them with your own device’s labels. If they do not match, stop and use the manufacturer’s support.
A reset can erase information
A factory reset may remove networks, pairings, personal settings and sign-ins. Read the warning before resetting and check the manufacturer’s description of what will be erased. Do not use another model’s button combination. Try less disruptive checks first where appropriate.
Scope of the help
The service provides general information free of charge. We cannot remotely inspect hardware or guarantee that a step will fix a fault. A guide is not certification that a product is safe, compatible or fault-free. For persistent problems, contact the manufacturer, seller or a qualified repairer.
