For TV audio over HDMI, look for ARC or eARC on the TV and on the receiver’s HDMI output.
For an optical cable, TV Audio defaults to OPT1. If it was reassigned, follow the number in the receiver menu.

Check the model code and note your settings before clearing them.
Save your settings with Denon’s instructions- Turn off the receiver using its front power button.
- Hold down INFO and BACK on the front panel and press Power. Release when the display shows “Initialized”.
- Finish setup, select your usual audio source and test the same programme again.
