Connect JBL Bar 5.1 Surround to the TV or check sound from your usual source. To prepare for a reset, follow this step. Turn on the soundbar. Find Source and Power on the unit.

Check the model code and note your settings before clearing them.
- Turn on the soundbar. Find Source and Power on the unit.
- Hold Source and Power together for over 10 seconds. The soundbar switches off.
- Finish setup, select your usual audio source and test the same programme again.
