Check the model code and note your settings before clearing them.
- Turn on the soundbar and locate its two volume buttons.
- Hold both volume buttons on the soundbar for at least 5 seconds. The lights change colour during the reset.
- Finish setup, select your usual audio source and test the same programme again.
