Connect TCL Q65H to the TV or check sound from your usual source. To prepare for a reset, follow this step. Find Power, Volume Up and Volume Down on the soundbar.

Check the model code and note your settings before clearing them.
- Find Power, Volume Up and Volume Down on the soundbar.
- Hold all three for 10 seconds until FACTORY RESET appears. Let the soundbar restart.
- Finish setup, select your usual audio source and test the same programme again.
