Factory reset Sonos One SL
A restart keeps your settings. A factory reset removes this product’s registration, saved content and services. Sonos advises against using it for ordinary troubleshooting; use it for a change of owner or when the Sonos app asks. Resetting every product permanently erases the system’s data.
